Wilthagen makes delicious and honest snacks. And of course we do this certified and safely. Originally we are a butcher family, but we also have an extensive range of kroepoek and vegetable chips, also suitable for vegans. Shrimp are considered an allergen, which is why they are processed strictly separately. Via a smart logistics process.

Because we use tapioca flour, our kroepoek is gluten-free. Wilthagen products also do not contain eggs, soy or milk. Our labels are clean label, we limit salt and sugar. Furthermore, we do not use e-numbers or artificial flavour enhancers.

• BRC is recognized by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) and is an international certification for food safety. Higher level certification for supplying international retailers.
• SKAL is an independent organisation that supervises organic production on behalf of the government. With this quality mark, consumers can trust that it is a genuine organic product.
• BLK is the Better Life quality mark of the Animal Protection: Wilthagen makes liver sausage with one star and organic chicken liver sausage with three stars. The Better Life quality mark is about animal welfare and taking concrete steps to improve living conditions.
• EDI is the abbreviation of Electronic Data Interchange in the food sector, or smart and fast online ordering and tracking for and by retailers.
• MSC: sustainably caught fish. Fish with the MSC label is caught sustainably. This means that the chance of bycatch is much smaller and fish stocks are managed sustainably.
• ASC stands for responsible farming. For farmed fish and shellfish, the ASC quality mark applies. The quality mark guarantees that extra attention is paid to preserving the natural habitat of fish and that the use of antibiotics and chemicals is limited as much as possible.
